Our dedicated team of job coaches and managers are passionate about the clients they work with, and will not stop searching until they find the employment opportunity that is perfect for you here in San Diego County. We will support you through all aspects of your job search by providing trainings, helping you to develop a resume and interview skills, and by providing a job coach who will be there to support you in every way once you’ve found employment.
While on the job, you will acquire new skills, be part of a team, and find new ways to be successful, including advancement to more challenging positions. Ultimately, we want all of our clients to satisfy their employment aspirations, reach their full potential and move towards maximum independence. As you gain skills, we will look for new opportunities within the same company, or a different one, to continue challenging you and letting your growth continue.

We know how important it is to just relax and have fun together. Every other month, each of our four office locations hosts a social event. You, your friends, and your loved ones are welcome to join us and have a great meal and spend time together. Some recent social events have included: a Masquerade Ball, Talent Show, Fiesta Mexicana, and a Valentine’s Day Friendship Dance.
