In PWI’S Leasing (Group Services) solution, 3-4 clients work on site at an employer’s place of business, under the full-time supervision of a PWI Job Coach (provided at no additional cost). Employee Leasing/Group Services provides a cost-effective and reliable source of labor to local businesses that are seeking motivated workers. PWI maintains consistent staffing level by providing qualified substitute PWI workers to meet the needs of our business partners – an added feature greatly appreciated by employers.
