Vickie Cap

Vickie oversees PWI's services and daily operations including job training, assessment, and placement programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. In her role, Ms. Cap works closely with the agency directors and managers to support their work and quality services for the clients of PWI.

Since joining PWI in 1996, Vickie has been responsible for overseeing program growth and developing and maintaining partnerships with businesses who hire workers through PWI's programs. As Director of the North County office of PWI until her promotion to VP in 1998, Vickie led the expansion of the North County (Oceanside) services to meet growing demands for services in the area.

Vickie has also been responsible for providing several support programs for individuals with developmental disabilities including client advocacy, job retention classes, social events, and PWI's assessment services.

A career professional in social services and management, Vickie received her Bachelors degree in social work (B.S.W.) from North Michigan University in 1990.
