Nancy Brogden

Nancy is the Director for PWI's San Diego office. As Director, Nancy oversees all job training and placement services provided through the office located in Mission Valley. As Director, Nancy is responsible for overall staff recruitment and services expansion, coordination of referrals, and ongoing communication with the San Diego Regional Center. She also supervises 30+ staff and oversees the services provided to over 250 clients.

Nancy was named Director of the South Bay office in January of 1998. In August of 2001, Nancy began her leadership of the San Diego office. In her time with the organization, Nancy has been responsible for overseeing service quality and outreach. She develops and maintains partnerships with PWI businesses who employ workers through PWI's various vocational services.

As the need for services in the South Bay increased, Nancy and the South Bay team expanded the office/facility in early 1999. More than doubling its prior location, the South Bay office now is able to serve many more individuals in need of their services.

Prior to joining PWI, Nancy was a Human Resources Manager with Wal-Mart.
