Julia Savoy

Julia Savoy is the Director for PWI's North County office. As Director, Julia oversees all job training and placement services provided through the office located in Oceanside. As Director, Julia is responsible for overall staff recruitment and services expansion, coordination of referrals, and ongoing communication with the San Diego Regional Center. She also supervises 30+ staff and oversees the services provided to over 250 clients.

In her time with the organization, Julia has been responsible for overseeing service quality and outreach at all levels. Her work develops and maintains partnerships with PWI businesses who employ workers through PWI's various vocational services.

PWI was founded in the San Diego's North County in 1985. Originally in San Marcos, the office has also been located in Vista. In the mid-90's, PWI-NC settled in Oceanside. The current location is a model location for providing services to the clients of PWI.
