Services that assists adults with disabilities to find and maintain community employment that meets the goals of each person. For many years, competitive employment was not available to most individuals with developmental disabilities. An important part of PWI's service is the assurance that the individual receives ongoing training and support services which are not time limited. To ensure individuals succeed on the job, PWI provides assistance such as job placement, job coaching, case management, social security advocacy, and individually tailored supervision.
